Data Architecture Lead (gn) Data & Analytics

In a nutshell:

The Data Architecture Lead is responsible for designing the data architecture strategies and standards data management vision and strategy. The Data Architecture Lead will work closely with the data, analytics, platforms, and other data stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination of the data architecture and integration solutions across the organization. The Data Architecture Lead will lead the standards for documentation for data landscape and ensure data domains, data models, integration point, metadata and lineage are documented following standards.

• Define and document the data architecture standards, principles, and guidelines for the organization. 
• Support design and implement the data models, data elements, data transformations, and data flows for the master data management (MDM) solution and the cloud integration platform. 
• Ensure the data architecture and integration solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, efficient, and aligned with the business objectives and strategies. 
• Collaborate with the data governance and data quality teams to establish and enforce the data governance and data quality framework within the data architecture and integration solutions. 
• Work with the data management and data culture teams to enable and support the data access, discovery, and usage across the organization. 
• Leverage external data sources and technologies to enrich and enhance the internal data assets. 
• Monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of the data architecture and integration solutions and provide recommendations for improvement and optimization. 
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the data architecture and integration domain and propose innovative and best practices solutions. 
• Manage and maintain the metadata and data lineage for the data architecture and integration solutions, ensuring the data assets are properly documented, classified, and traceable. 
• Work with the Business Intelligence, Enterprise Architecture, and Platforms teams to ensure a common data architecture is in place following standards and best practices.

your experience & knowledge

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture and integration, including data modelling, data security, and data analytics. 
• Good understanding of data architecture patterns for transactional and analytical data. 
• Strong knowledge of Cloud Data Platforms(Azure, AWS), SQL, ETL, API, and other data integration tools and techniques. 
• Experience in designing and implementing data architectures and integrations for various data domains. 
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences. 
• English on "business fluent" level
