We are looking for you as Technical Assistant (People*) to support the team at our corporate headquarters in Dresden as soon as possible. Together with your future colleagues - Benjamin, Christoph, Sergio and the others you will be responsible for the technical support of our internal and external customers. During your work we will constantly train you so that you can take over tasks as a system engineer in second level support for network or security & DDI services in the future.

WHAT TASKS AWAIT YOU
  • Acceptance of telephone and e-mail inquiries via the ticket system JIRA
  • Solving technical problems in cooperation with second level support
  • Staging of switches for use by our customers

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING ALONG
  • Must have:
    • Previous IT knowledge, interest in error analysis and willingness to actively participate in the training process
    • Very good knowledge of German (C1)
    • Good English skills (technical English, B2)
  • Nice to have:
    • Successfully completed training as an IT specialist for system integration / technical assistant / specialist consultant for integrated systems / information technology assistant, IT retraining or several years of relevant professional experience in IT support.
  • Initial experience in telephone customer support and with ticket systems
  • Knowledge in dealing with networks (routing/switching)
  • Willingness to work shifts and weekends, as we promise our customers 24x7 support
    • You are always in close contact with your colleagues and can work from your home office in some cases.
  • Professional expression and friendly handling of customer concerns
  • Good knowledge of the office applications Excel, Word and Outlook
