SURAGUS ist ein Spezialist für berührungslose Messtechnik und zerstörungsfreie Prüftechnik. Unsere Lösungen umfassen Handgeräte, Tischsysteme und Inline-Sensorik, welche für die Prozesskontrolle und Regelung in verschiedensten Industrien auf 5 Kontinenten eingesetzt werden. Unsere Kunden sind KMUs, multinationale Technologiekonzerne und Forschungsinstitute vor allem in Asien, Europa und Nordamerika. Unsere berührungslosen Prüflösungen umfassen u.a. wirbelstrombasierte Messsysteme für die Lösung von einfachen und komplexeren Prüfaufgaben in einer Vielzahl von Industrien mit sehr hoher Endanwendungsvielfalt. Wichtige Schwerpunkte bilden die berührungslose Messung von dünnen leitfähigen Schichten sowie die Charakterisierung von Carbonfaserwerkstoffen entlang der gesamten Prozesskette.
Verstärke uns mit deinem Pflichtpraktikum ab sofort oder in der nächsten vorlesungsfreien Zeit für die Dauer von mindestens 5-6 Monaten.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Mitwirkung an der Produktentwicklung durch Versuche, Konzepte und Umsetzung von Verbesserungen
- Durchführung von Messsystemanalysen und Ableitung von Verbesserungspotential
- Eigenständige Entwicklung und Bewertung & Test von Algorithmen zur Verbesserung der Messgenauigkeit
- Programmierung von Skripten oder Auswertetools zur Automatisierung der Test- und Charakterisierungsumgebung
- Aufbau und Inbetriebnahme von Baugruppen und Prototypenanlagen für neue Messkonzepte
- Aufbau und Inbetriebnahme von Testumgebungen sowie Weiterentwicklung von bestehenden Testsystemen
- Unterstützung bei der Anpassung der Messgeräte auf kundenspezifische Anforderungen
Dein Profil:
- Studium im Bereich Informatik, Physik, Informationssystemtechnik, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder verwandte Fachrichtungen
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und wissenschaftliche Arbeitsweise
- Kenntnisse im Skripten und Programmieren (Python, Shell-Script) wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse in Schaltungstechnik von Vorteil
- Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Erfahrungen im Umgang mit dem Lötkolben wünschenswert
- Erste Erfahrungen in der Messtechnik sind von Vorteil, aber keine Bedingung
