Consider the recommendation code you receive as an appreciation and explicit recommendation of you to partner companies in this community. The members of the recommendation association prefer recommended applicants. What types of referral codes are there?

Each partner manages two types of referral codes. The first type stands for interesting application documents. You receive this if you have submitted documents that are so interesting that the respective partner would like to get to know you, but unfortunately cannot offer you an interview at the moment.

The second type is for recommended professionals. You will receive this if you have been invited and made it to the shortlist.

No matter which code you use the next time you apply on our portal, the partners will take into account the assessment of their industry colleagues and give preference to this application.

How do I know what type of referral code I have?

When you add a referral code to an application here in the portal, you will see the type (interesting application, recommended application). You can enter all codes and then choose one (add/remove).

What does “outdated” code mean?

Each partner in our community manages their own referral codes. Referral codes are updated at regular intervals. The old referral codes are not deleted and can still be used for your next application. Both you and the partners can see that an older code was used. The partners can only use this to determine how current the recommendation is for your application.

How many and which referral codes should I provide when applying?

If you have several codes, enter them all first and check their type. You can remove individual codes again. Be sure to leave all codes for "recommended application" in the list. You have made it onto the shortlist for these companies. If you have several codes, the recommendation of one partner is reinforced by the others. If you only have older recommendation codes, be sure to include these as well.

What criteria do you have to meet to receive a referral code?

You will receive the referral code if the following criteria are met:

You have specific industry-specific skills and knowledge,
you presented your professional knowledge convincingly in the interview,
you impressed in the interview with your social skills and mental strength while at the same time showing a strong focus on business,
you match the profiles of the community members and
Overall, you made a likeable and competent impression during the interview.

What happens to your applicant data?

All data provided with an application as well as all files uploaded will only be used to send the application documents to the companies you have selected.

As soon as the emails have left the systems of this community, all information and data provided here regarding an application will be deleted. This applies to both the technical server data and the content documents.
