Security Engineer (Human*) Fortinet, Cisco ASA & Firepower

We are looking for you as Security Engineer for Security Services at our headquarters in Dresden or at the locations in Jena or Dubai, UAE. The team is responsible for the technical support of internal and external customers at 2nd level with a focus on Fortinet, Cisco ASA and Firepower.

• Supporting, monitoring and further development of our Security Services
• Processing troubleshooting, incidents, service and change requests in compliance with the applicable SLAs (remote support)
• Creation and maintenance of documentations
• Participation in on-call services
• Proactive further development of services and continuous knowledge transfer

• Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration, IT specialist for digital networking or equivalent
• Several years of experience in dealing with complex network infrastructures
• Competence in management as well as troubleshooting in networks, especially Cisco, Extreme Networks, Juniper and/or Siemens
• Experience in the use of ticket and documentation systems
• Very good German (at least B2) and English skills (at least B2)

• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
