Your role
As a Technical Support Specialist in our organization, your contributions will be crucial to maintaining our reputation for technical excellence and responsive customer service. You will play a key role in upholding our software standards and fostering a proactive, solution-oriented environment for our clients.
Your responsibilities
- Multi channel support Provide support via phone, email, support tickets, and remote maintenance, ensuring client issues are resolved efficiently.
- Software implementation support Actively participate in the implementation of our software using tools such as Linux, Ansible, Bash, and Lua, contributing to effective solutions.
- Remote support Offer support for customer projects, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- On-site software installation Conduct on-site installations of our software, both automatically using Ansible and manually via terminal, tailored to specific client requirements.
- Error analysis and correction Independently analyze and correct software and infrastructure-specific errors under customer-specific requirements, enhancing system stability and user satisfaction.
- Quality assurance Implement and oversee tests for quality assurance and improvement of our software. Execute both manual and automated tests to maintain high standards.
- Test scenario integration Develop, integrate, and execute test scenarios within the software architecture. Document errors and coordinate with everyone involved to facilitate rapid resolution.
- Monitoring and testing Monitor automated test scenarios and implement functional tests, ensuring the continuous performance and reliability of our software solutions.
Are you the one?
- Degree in Software Engineering/IT or similar fields of study; completed training as a qualified IT Specialist or comparable experiences
- Experience with test frameworks, test automation and test management tools (Linux, Gitlab CI, Docker, Pytest, Selenium)
- Experience in the implementation and maintenance of test automation solutions
- Ability to work in a responsible and independent way and to deal with new tasks, problems and technologies
- Analytical thinker that collaborates with the team to master challenges
- Good command of English (at least C1)
- Good German language skills are required (at least B2)
