You will play a key role in the development of sedApta as the market leader in Sales & Operations Planning as well as Execution software. One key thing that we look for in all of our team members is the degree to which the candidate can expand into new roles & business areas.
Main Responsibilities:
Liaising between regions for lead routing.
Reporting on lead status, conversion progress, and sales pipeline to the Sales Manager or Director, ensuring accurate data for forecasting and performance analysis.
Tracking personal performance metrics, including lead conversion rates, call and email response rates.
Reaching out to leads passed from the marketing team and outbound leads, qualifying their level of interest, and determining their fit for the product.
Nurturing leads through ongoing conversations, providing additional information, addressing objections, and answering questions.
Collaborating with AE to pass on qualified leads, scheduling meetings, demos, or calls for further engagement.
Collaborating with marketing teams to leverage inbound marketing efforts and help convert leads from campaigns.
Achieving outreach and conversion targets by consistently moving leads forward in the sales cycle.
Requirements:
10-15 years of industrial software sales experience.
Understanding of the sales funnel and the role of sales outreach in driving conversion.
Being familiar with CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) to manage leads and track interactions effectively.
Knowing how to prioritize high-potential leads and focus efforts on those most likely to convert.
Clear and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage and educate leads effectively.
Being able to tailor messages to meet the unique pain points and needs of each lead.
Having the ability to build rapport and trust quickly with leads through personal engagement.
Deep knowledge of the company’s offerings and ability to clearly articulate product value in response to leads’ needs.
Recognizing how lead conversion contributes to the overall sales cycle and revenue goals of the business.
Fluent in English and German, Italian is a plus.
