Ihr Profil
Fachärztin/Facharzt für Laboratoriumsmedizin
einschlägige Labor- und Leitungserfahrung, idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen, Krankenhausbereich
hohe fachliche Kompetenz mit Verständnis für komplexe Laborstrukturen
gute EDV-Kenntnisse: MS Office, Laborsoftware, Gerätesoftware
Kompetenz in patienten-, betriebs- und mitarbeiterbezogenen Aufgaben
Fähigkeit sowohl zur kooperativen und interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit
umfangreiche Kenntnisse in Labor-EDV-Systemen
Ihre Aufgaben
Organisation und Leitung der Laborarztpraxis sowie Weiterentwicklung des Leistungsspektrums
Etablierung von Konzepten zur Sicherung und Ausbau der Struktur, Prozess- und Ergebnisqualität
Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagements
enge Zusammenarbeit mit ärztlichen und akademischen Kolleginnen und Kollegen des Medizinischen Zentrallabors und den Einsenderinnen / Einsendern
Personalführung und -entwicklung sowie Personalrekrutierung
Übernahme von Aus- und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen
