Ihr Profil

  • Fachärztin/Facharzt für Laboratoriumsmedizin
  • hohe fachliche Kompetenz mit Verständnis für komplexe Labor- und Einsenderstrukturen
  • einschlägige Labor- und Leitungserfahrung, idealerweise im Krankenhausbereich
  • Kompetenz in patienten-, betriebs- und mitarbeiterbezogenen Aufgaben sowie Konfliktlösung
  • gute EDV-Kenntnisse: MS Office, Laborsoftware, Gerätesoftware
  • Fähigkeit zur kooperativen und interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit
  • eine selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft runden ihr Profil ab

 

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Planung, Organisation und Überwachung der labormedizinischen Aktivitäten der Abteilung
  • Ausarbeitung optimaler Arbeitsprozesse zur Erreichung der gesetzten Abteilungsziele
  • Förderung von Innovation und Weiterentwicklung der Fachbereiche, sowie Forschung
  • Kommunikation mit externen Dienstleistern und Anlaufstelle für allgemeine Laboranfragen
  • Personalführung und -entwicklung sowie Übernahme von Aus- und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen
