Die Ventura Investment GmbH vereint & administriert als Holdinggesellschaft mit Sitz in Dresden diverse regionale Immobilienverwaltungsgesellschaften, Start-ups und Firmen anderer Branchen unter einem Dach.

All unsere Anstrengungen gelingen nur mit motivierten und engagierten Mitarbeitern. Für unsere Cubus Immobilien GmbH suchen wir deshalb zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Sie als: Hausverwalter als Kaufmann im Verwaltungs- und Wohnungseigentum (m,w,d) in der Immobilienwirtschaft

Aufgaben:

  • Abwicklung der Mietangelegenheiten
  • Vermittlung zwischen Mietern und Eigentümern
  • Überprüfung der Mietzahlungseingänge
  • Überwachung von anfallenden Renovierungen und Sanierungen
  • Kommunikation mit Mietern, Handwerkern und Behörden
  • Einberufung und Durchführung von Eigentümerversammlungen

Anforderungen/Lernchancen:

  • eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, bevorzugt im Bereich Immobilienwirtschaft
  • alternativ Berufserfahrung im Bereich Hausverwaltung 
  • sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
  • selbstständiges, eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
