For our team in Dresden we’re looking for a proactive and creative
Working Student (f/m/d) in Human Resources
who’s eager to grow his/her professional skill set alongside the studies.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in HR operations while working in an international environment with experts in photomask and semiconductor technologies.
Your responsibilities:
- Be part of our exciting journey to finalize and roll out our brand new internal communication platform and keep it fresh, clear, and engaging—making sure everyone stays informed and connected
- Take ownership of our HR tools and systems (e.g. L&D platform, Workday, time tracking) and help keep them running smoothly
- Support the HR team in driving digitalization and improving smart, efficient HR processes
- Jump in on office management topics when needed, such as helping organize events and internal initiatives
- Collaborate on day-to-day HR activities including recruiting, employee relations, and employer branding
Your profile:
- Enrollment as a university student (preferably in HR, Communications, Business Administration)
- Interest in HR operations & office management
- Service-minded, structured, and reliable working style with a proactive attitude
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Availability of approx. 20 hours per week; full-time availability during semester breaks advantageous
