Work together with our production and engineering teams on the development and production of state-of-the-art quartz masters. As part of a global network of experts, you will develop technical solutions and support our customers in the semiconductor industry in manufacturing high-quality and competitive products.
Your responsibilities include:
- Support for special products with structured quartz and serial production for our customers during the manufacturing process
- Handling technical issues and problems arising from our pilot production
- Optimization of our integration processes in terms of feasibility of implementation in production and reduction of manual efforts
- Comprehensive quality assessment of the managed product line as well as driving improvements

Your profile:
- As a successful candidate you have a university degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, electrical engineering or an equivalent academic background
- You have experiences in mask manufacturing, semiconductor industry or nano structuring
- Experience in implementing technological projects and interest in developing and implementing new ideas
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of statistical data analysis and basic programming skills
- Excellent communication skills (German and English) and a hands-on mentality
- Strong customer orientation and a pronounced sense of quality
