Optimize our manufacturing processes to produce photomasks from an integrative point of view. Integrated in a worldwide network of experts, you will develop technical solutions and support our customers in the semiconductor industry to manufacture high-quality and competitive products.
Your responsibilities include:
- Cross-departmental monitoring of the production line regarding the required product characteristics
- Performing deviation analyses on process and defect behavior, based on data from statistical process control (SPC)
- Initiating and leading cross-departmental measures to correct process deviations
- Responsibility for managing and implementing integrative projects in the continuous improvement process (CIP)
- Close cooperation with technical experts from the individual processes regarding the development of technical solutions and the introduction of new processes
Your profile:
- As a successful candidate you have a university degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, materials science or an equivalent academic background
- You have experiences in mask manufacturing, semiconductor industry or nano structuring
- You have extensive experience in solving technically challenging tasks and dealing with interdisciplinary problems
- You are experienced in development and utilization of technical data as well as basic programming skills
- Ideally, you have experience in managing technical projects and an independent and responsible approach to work
- You possess good communication skills (German and English)
