About Us:

Sunmaxx PVT GmbH is a growing high-tech company based in Dresden, Germany.
We develop and manufacture next generation solar modules that produce electricity and heat simultaneously.
This enables a completely climate-neutral energy supply - from residential and office buildings to large industrial buildings and complete residential quarters.

We are looking for a Assistance to the management (m/f/d) as soon as possible. Your tasks with us include:

Tasks:

• Office organization
• Mail processing
• Appointment coordination including room booking and preparation
• Travel organization
• Compilation of documents and information
• Preparation of supporting documents and evaluations
• Event-related support in the implementation of events
• Support of the purchasing department as required

Requirements/learning opportunities:

• Completed commercial training
• Confident handling of the MS Office package
• Good knowledge of English
