Three Types of Webinars

The Recommendation Association introduces itself:

For interested employers, we offer a comprehensive introduction to the basic principles of the recommendation alliance. Our community manager will guide you through the concept and show you, using demos, how the digitalization of recommendations for A and B candidates works. This presentation lasts about 1 hour.

Get to know

Community meetings for members:

At our regular community meetings, you will receive updates and learn about the latest developments. These meetings are ideal for networking with existing members and actively participating in the co-innovation of our tools, such as the TalentSuite. In requirement workshops and through targeted instructions, you will learn how to use our tools effectively. The meetings last between 2 and 4 hours. Please note that the referral alliance will not be presented at these meetings.

Specialist webinars on current HR topics:

Our members have repeatedly expressed a desire for advice on specific specialist topics. In our webinars we cover topics such as employer branding, HR marketing, active search, applicant management, digitalization of HR work, personnel selection procedures, onboarding, employee retention, employee surveys, salary benchmarks, compensation systems, HR controlling and much more. These webinars last approximately 1 to 1.5 hours.

The Recommendation Association Introduces Itself

We are Germany's largest employer network for mutual recommendations of skilled workers. In our network, we work together with our partners to counteract the shortage of skilled workers. Our secret to success is the recommendation principle. Good candidates, trainees and working students who are not taken on, or employees who are laid off for operational reasons receive a recommendation. Get to know us! In our free webinar, we'll tell you everything you need to know about the recommendation network in around 60 minutes.

Community Meetings for Members

At the end of January and the end of September, our shorter Recommendation Alliance Community Workshops (EBCW) take place, lasting around 2-3 hours, while at the end of May the larger Open Expert Forum for Human Resources (OXFP) takes place, lasting around 3-4 hours. In these workshops, not only are technical innovations presented, but new services for the TalentSuite are also brainstormed, requirements are developed, pilot participants are found, initial feedback is given and the rollout for everyone is discussed. In the OXFP, there is usually also a specialist presentation on an HR topic that matches the services discussed in the workshops. All members get involved here to make the Recommendation Alliance and its services even more successful.

Here you can further your education on specific topics. The topics for our specialist webinars are initiated and selected by members of the community. These webinars have a high scientific standard and offer a comprehensive overview of studies and recommendations on various aspects of HR work. They cover a broad spectrum, including employer branding, HR marketing, active search, applicant management, digitalization of HR work, personnel selection procedures, onboarding, employee retention, employee surveys, salary benchmarks, compensation systems, HR controlling and much more. The duration of these webinars is usually 1 to 1.5 hours.
