Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben Erfahrungen in der Pflege und Betreuung sowie Freude am Beruf. Ein Quereinstieg ist möglich
  • Ihre Arbeitsweise ist zuverlässig, verantwortungsbewusst und patientenorientiert
  • Ihr Führerschein der Klasse B, einschließlich Fahrpraxis, rundet Ihr Profil ab

 

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie übernehmen Pflegemaßnahmen und Betreuungsleistungen
  • Sie unterstützen die Aktivierung von Klienten und führen Prophylaxen durch
  • Sie begleiten Klienten zu Arztbesuchen, Behörden- und Spaziergängen
