Als Systemadministrator verstärkst du unser Backoffice-Team. Du bist verantwortlich für die Pflege und Wartung unserer IT-Systeme und unterstützt deine Kolleg:innen bei technischen Fragen.

Als Bestandteil unseres IT-Trios arbeitest du eng mit allen Unternehmensbereichen zusammen.
Je nach Aufgabe arbeitet ihr gemeinsam oder eigenständig und mit großem Gestaltungsspielraum an den Projekten und Aufgaben. Dabei stimmt ihr euch regelmäßig im Team ab. Eure Prozesse koordiniert ihr mit dem Projektmanagementtool WRIKE. Du kannst in unserem modernen Office in Dresden oder in einem Mix aus Präsenz und remote arbeiten. Weiterhin kannst du wählen, ob du die Stelle in Vollzeit oder lieber in Teilzeit (mindestens 35 Stunden/ Woche) besetzen möchtest.
Deine Aufgaben bei Dualis
- Administration, Pflege und Wartung einer Vielzahl von IT-Systemen
- IT-Support inkl. Beratung, Betreuung und Schulung für alle Stakeholder (1st-, 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support)
- Weiterentwicklung der IT-Sicherheit und IT-Systeme
- Mitarbeit und Sicherstellung unserer Zertifizierungen
- Erstellung und Pflege der Dokumentationen
Das bringst du mit
- Du bist IT-Affin – die Administration, IT-Sicherheit und Wartung von Software- sowie Hard-waresystemen sind genau dein Ding
- Storage, Server- & Clientsysteme sind dir bekannt
- Du hast Spaß an der Einarbeitung in neue Systeme
- Du bist Quereinsteiger, hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Sys-temintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch
- Du hast gute Englischkenntnisse

Du und Dualis
Wir leben flache Hierarchien, bei DUALIS sind wir alle per „Du“ – ganz egal ob Azubi, Werkstudent oder Management. Unsere Pausen verbringen wir gern teamübergreifend in unserer Lounge. Hier kannst du gemeinsam mit den Kolleg:innen kochen oder die Müslibar und den Obstkorb nutzen. Es findet sich auch immer eine Gruppe, die auswärts Mittag isst.
