Daniel Durrer* is the Hiring Lead you`ll mainly talk to when it comes to more details about the role, environment of work and career perspectives. Daniel summarized the role as follows:

"In this role you will ensure the technical integrity and successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions for our internal sales force at SoftwareOne. You will be involved at each stage of the software development lifecycle, from helping to assess the feasibility of an identified business requirement, through development, documentation, test and delivery."

Role Description:

• Designs, develops, codes, tests, debugs and/or customizes information technology (IT) solutions for own business or external clients.
• Applies standard processes and sophisticated methodologies, including Scrum techniques, to address and review system requirements, business processes, changing development and technology environments
• Responsibilities are within the IT Development Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines

The key responsibility:

• Technically manages a team on D365 technology.
• Acts as the interface between Product Owners and the D365 development teams.
• Participates in full-lifecycle development efforts based on D365, xRM framework, and C#.NET.
• Contributes to SoftwareOne architectural standards and defines and updates our customization guidelines to be used on D365 developments
• Conducts code reviews to ensure that customization code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being followed.

The key relationships:

• Collaborates with the development team, Product Owner, Product Manager, and clients/users of the D365 platform.

To excel in this role, you should have:

• 7+ years in Microsoft D365 solutions.
• Expertise in CRM Senior Developer/Technical Lead roles, Microsoft stack, Azure development, and D365 modules.
• Proficiency in .NET Framework, C#, Dynamics 365 API, REST/ODATA, SOAP endpoints, and Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Superb communication skills in English.
• Ability to collaborate in a multi-cultural/global environment.
• Hands-on teammate, self-managed, self-motivated, adaptable, execution-focused, customer focused.
