Energy Storage System Engineer (m/f/d) in Stuttgart

As a system engineer, you will focus on technical design and ESS customized solution proposal to support the regional product definition and product delivery. You will also need perform high quality technical advisory to our target customers as well as other pre-sales technical activities.

Main Responsibilities:

• ESS system design based on product requirements and relevant criteria, including electrical, mechanical, telecom architecture, etc.
• Design of ESS system request documentation, converting product marketing requirements into functional request design.
• Organize system architecture review, and roll-out system architecture design documentation.
• Participate in sample product installation and test and organize troubleshooting.
• Work as the interface between regional customers and engineering team, coordinating technical discussion and technical service activities.
• Roll-out regional product tool kits so that the local customers and potential customers can easily be aware of our product advantages.
• Preparation and management of projects specifications, tendering, negotiation and selection.
• Relevant technical specifications establishment as per European countries regulations and international standards, such as IEC/CE.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in engineering, electrical preferred.
• At least 5 years of working experience in BESS technology field, in-depth knowledge and expertise in new technologies trend.
• Solid experience in engineering, technical advisory, and renewable energy projects delivery.
• Familiar with renewable energy industry policies, including but not limited to BESS, EV charging, smart energy, electricity power system, etc.
• Good communication and collaboration skills in a cross-cultural organization.
• Excellent logical thinking, problem solving oriented, result-driven, good team player.
• Excellent command of English, any other European language or Chinese is a plus.
