Senior Full Stack Developer – Code Quality Lead (m/f/d)

As a Senior Full Stack Developer – Code Quality , your primary responsibility will be to ensure the overall quality of the codebase by maintaining its stability, security, performance, and maintainability within our CI/CD framework. This involves conducting thorough code reviews to identify errors, uncover edge cases, and enhance code robustness. You will also be tasked with creating and enforcing coding guidelines that adhere to our programming standards, while continuously evaluating and refining existing development processes to drive improvement. Maintaining a vigilant focus on software quality, you will proactively identify areas for enhancement and collaborate closely with the Quality Management (QM) and Development (Dev) teams to address quality issues effectively. You will play a key role as a mentor for our development teams, empowering them to create expectational high-quality code. Your innovative ideas will contribute to advancing the test environment and promoting test automation. Additionally, you will support troubleshooting efforts by diagnosing root causes and recommending necessary architectural adjustments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Your Exciting Duties:

• Write, test, and maintain high-quality code at a senior level, ensuring adherence to best practices and performance standards.
• Work proficiently with TypeScript and React in developing and maintaining applications.
• Consistently produce high-quality, maintainable code with attention to detail.
• Promote and maintain high standard of quality across all aspects of the development process.
• Actively contribute to the evaluation and implementation of new technologies, methodologies, and best practices to improve software development processes.
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality and compliance with established standards.
• Provide coaching to team members through workshops designed to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Ability to identify complex software bugs and issues.
• Experience with agile teams that regularly deliver software with code reviews and with QA teams during system tests.

Your Profile:

As our Senior Full Stack Developer – Code Quality , you’ll be the linchpin in ensuring our codebase meets the highest standards of stability, security, and performance by closely coordinating with our Product Owners to ensure seamless integration of quality improvements. You'll provide expert recommendations for enhancing code quality and serve as a mentor for both developers and testers, sharing your deep technical knowledge. Unlike Quality Management, you won’t be responsible for hands-on testing or organizational duties but will focus intensively on technical aspects, supporting developers and testers, and identifying potential failure points in testing scenarios. Your role is pivotal in driving technical excellence and supporting our team’s growth.

• Effective Communication: Fluency in English with strong skills in conveying technical concepts and feedback.
• Programming Expertise: Extensive experience with TypeScript and React, along with proficiency in Python and a proven track record of maintaining high-quality code.
