Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte
- Recherche gesetzlicher Regelungen/Änderungen
- Konzeptionelle Planung und Umsetzung der aktuellen Anforderungen im Software-Produkt „Vocus Lohn und Gehalt“
- Durchführen von Bedarfsanalysen für kundenspezifische Umsetzungen
- Erstellen von Arbeitsplänen und Dokumentationen
- Betreuung von Entwicklungen und Fehlerbehebungen in Abstimmung mit anderen Fachbereichen
- bedarfsweise Unterstützung in Kundenworkshops
Anforderungen
- Berufsabschluss als Steuer -, Verwaltungs-, Sozialversicherungsfachangestellte/r
- Erfahrung mit Personalabrechnungen ist wünschenswert
- Verständnis für Anwendungsfälle in der Personalabrechnung
- Du zeichnest dich durch deine Bereitschaft aus, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und dich in bestehende Teams zu integrieren
- selbstständige, strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
- mündliches und schriftliches Ausdrucksvermögen
- Lernbereitschaft
- Fahrerlaubnis ist wünschenswert
