Unser gemeinsames Projekt

tracetronic entwickelt Lösungen, mit denen Fahrzeugsoftware automatisiert getestet und integriert werden kann. Jedes unserer Produkte trägt auf die ein oder andere Weise dazu bei, das Testen von automobiler Software zu vereinfachen.

Bei uns steht der Mensch im Mittelpunkt. Aber ein Mensch allein stemmt noch lange nicht all die Herausforderungen, die wir tagtäglich zu meistern haben. Daher ist jeder Einzelne ein Puzzleteil eines gut funktionierenden Teams.

Deine Aufgabe bei uns ist es, unsere Agile Coaches bei der Befähigung dieser Teams zu unterstützen. Du wirst sowohl bei der methodischen als auch bei der inhaltlichen Vorbereitung diverser Formate und Workshops rund um die Teams mitwirken. Um uns stetig zu verbessern ist die Reflexion bei uns ein wesentliches Werkzeug – daher bekommst du die Möglichkeit, bei Terminen zu hospitieren und diese unter Anleitung vorzubereiten und durchzuführen.

Um dir ein umfassendes Bild von unserer Arbeitsweise zu vermitteln, gehen wir mit einer Praktikumsdauer von 4-6 Monaten ins Rennen, haben aber hier Gestaltungsfreiräume. Die jeweiligen Starttermine liegen im April und Oktober.
