Als Verstärkung im Team unterstützt du tatkräftig unser betriebliches Rechnungswesen. Du überblickst dabei insbesondere den Bereich des externen Rechnungswesens und bist gemeinsam mit dem Team verantwortlich für die aktuelle und konsistente Buchhaltung.

Du prüfst und erfasst eintreffende Belege und verbuchst diese in unserem Buchhaltungssystem. Neben der Kreditoren- gehört beispielsweise auch die Debitorenbuchhaltung zu deinem Aufgabengebiet. Des Weiteren besteht die Möglichkeit bei Aufgaben der Anlagenbuchführung, der Buchung von Bankbewegungen sowie bei den Vorbereitungen für die Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen zu unterstützen. Ganz schön viel? Keine Sorge, du bearbeitest diese Aufgaben natürlich nicht allein, sondern immer gemeinsam mit deinem Team. Je nach Arbeitsaufkommen besteht dabei die Möglichkeit, die Aufgaben entsprechend der Motivation und Interessen im Team zu verteilen.

Darüber hinaus kannst du dich bei der Weiterentwicklung, Optimierung und Automatisierung der Prozesse und der Integration dieser in unser ERP-System einbringen.

Das bringst du mit

Ein laufendes Studium der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftswissenschaften, BWL oder ein vergleichbares Studium
Praktische Erfahrungen in der Finanzbuchhaltung, sowie ein fundiertes Verständnis für die zugrunde liegenden Zahlen und betrieblichen Abläufe
Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Buchhaltungsprogrammen, vorzugsweise DATEV
Eine strukturierte, gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
Spaß an kniffligen Themen und den Willen an den eigenen Aufgaben zu wachsen
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute MS Office Skills
Die Erkenntnis, dass man im Team einfach mehr erreicht
