As a Technical Manager for Service Delivery (Human*), you are an operational pacemaker and strategic contact - with responsibility for the quality and further development of our managed services. Our office in Dresden is a strategic hub for our joint work, enabling close collaboration and regular communication with your team. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

  • Operational coordination of the technical team to ensure high-performance and customer-oriented service provision
  • With your commitment, you will actively support incident, problem, change and release management and ensure that all agreed service level agreements (SLAs) are reliably met
  • Analysis of service metrics to identify optimization potential in service quality, automation and efficiency
  • Communicating with customers in collaboration with Service Management
  • Efficient use of various ITSM tools

 

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU

  • Completed training as an IT manager for SIAM or comparable professional experience
  • At least 5 years experience in IT service management or IT operations management
  • At least 2 years in a coordinating or leading role in an international service environment
  • Very good technical understanding in the areas of infrastructure, cloud, networks and IT security
  • Sound knowledge of ITIL and mastery of ITSM processes
  • A good feel for people, processes and priorities
  • Very good knowledge of German and English

NOT A MUST, BUT A PLUS

  • Certifications in network technologies from Cisco, Fortinet or similar
  • Knowledge of project management methods such as PRINCE2, Scrum or Kanban
