In dieser Rolle arbeitest du im IBM Client Innovation Center Germany (CIC), wo wir tiefgehendes technisches Know-how und Industriekenntnisse in einer breiten Palette an Kundenprojekten im öffentlichen und privaten Sektor zum Einsatz bringen. Unser CIC bietet lokal ansässigen Unternehmen technische Expertise um Innovation voran zu treiben und neue Technologien zu implementieren.

In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities
  • Unterstützung im Asset Management (Verwaltung, Dokumentation und Bereitstellung von IT-Equipment)
  • Set-up und Konfiguration neuer Endgeräte (Laptops, Monitore, Peripherie) für Mitarbeiter*innen
  • Durchführung von technischen Onboardings für neue Kolleg*innen
  • Bearbeitung von Anfragen im First- und Second-Level-Support (Troubleshooting bei Hardware-, Software- und Netzwerkproblemen)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen IT-Teams, um technische Störungen schnell und nachhaltig zu beheben

Required technical and professional expertise
  • eingeschriebener*e Student*In im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung im IT-Support oder Interesse an IT-Infrastrukturen
  • Grundkenntnisse in Windows- und Office-Umgebungen, Kenntnisse in Netzwerken von Vorteil
  • Analytisches Denken, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Teamfähigkeit, Serviceorientierung und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
