The first paragraph
In principle, the first paragraph summarizes the advertisement in such a way that it creates motivation to read on. This is followed by a description of the job - emphasizing the aspects that are not self-evident - i.e. not so much "As a software developer, you develop software." but rather name the products/services/challenges that are solved. Then list the most important essential requirements. Please leave out the optional components. Formulate optional components directly as a further training offer in the form "With us you will learn...". At the end, you can list the unique selling points (employer brand) of your company or department as an employer. Avoid things that all other competitors have already written in their advertisements. Find 2-3 special topics in which you are unique or demonstrably better in order to stand out and be remembered.
Now list all relevant information about the advertisement in a structured manner. It is best to use the 3A formula: Task, Requirement, General.

Conclusion/last paragraph
It rounds off the advertisement, provides additional information and invites you to send an application.
