The first paragraph

In principle, the first paragraph summarizes the advertisement in such a way that it creates motivation to read on. This is followed by a description of the job - emphasizing the aspects that are not self-evident - i.e. not so much "As a software developer, you develop software." but rather name the products/services/challenges that are solved. Then list the most important essential requirements. Please leave out the optional components. Formulate optional components directly as a further training offer in the form "With us you will learn...". At the end, you can list the unique selling points (employer brand) of your company or department as an employer. Avoid things that all other competitors have already written in their advertisements. Find 2-3 special topics in which you are unique or demonstrably better in order to stand out and be remembered.

Now list all relevant information about the advertisement in a structured manner. It is best to use the 3A formula: Task, Requirement, General.

Tasks:

  • Further development of our multi-customer suite based on Java
  • First level support
  • etc.

Requirements/learning opportunities:

  • Successfully completed studies in computer science (Please list all possible degree programs here, as these are popular search terms among applicants).
  • Perfect German, fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Presentation skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Offer optional requirements as learning opportunities (instead of "ideally ....", rather "with us you will learn...")

General or what we offer:

  • What makes you unique as an employer, or what can you do better than the competition?
  • Permanent position
  • Possibility of certification
  • Flexible working hours - it's the result that counts!
  • Kindergarten nearby

Conclusion/last paragraph

It rounds off the advertisement, provides additional information and invites you to send an application.

Short profile of the KAPRION Technologies GmbH
Mobility is an essential aspect of our lives. It forms the basis of economic success and means freedom for the individual. But it also costs enormous amounts of resources and pollutes our environment to a not inconsiderable degree. How can we design mobility in the future in such a way that the individual advantages are maintained and at the same time fewer resources are consumed? How do we succeed in combining different mobility concepts and designing easy-to-use offers from them? How do we maintain a heterogeneous market with many mobility providers? KAPRION is addressing these questions. With our product KAPRIS®, we provide our partners with functions for the control and networking of business processes, for the interaction of employees and customers and for the adaptation of interfaces as "software as a service". In this way, we are setting up a decentralised network that already connects more than 60 transport companies in four regions. In order to make our network even more attractive for other mobility service providers, we are expanding our platform to include mobile components.
