Your responsibilities:
- Exploiting new business opportunities in the global semiconductor market with a focus on innovative equipment solutions
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive business development strategy
- Strategically building and sustainably maintaining relationships with customers, partners, and decision-makers
- Conducting in-depth market analyses and competitive studies
- Leading and supporting contract negotiations, preparing proposals, and setting prices
- Representing our company at international industry events, trade shows, and symposia
- Monitoring of KPIs as well as analysis and reporting of financial figures
Your Profile:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Management, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Business Psychology, Economics, Business Management, or related fields
- At least 3+ years of experience in business development, high-tech sales, or building strategic partnerships
- Deep understanding of semiconductor technologies and market requirements
- Proven success in acquiring and managing key accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 30%
- Proficiency in using Office 365 and CRM systems
