Your responsibilities:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the global semiconductor market with a focus on equipment sales
• Developing and implementing strategic business plans for business development
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, partners, and the management team
• Conducting detailed market and competitive analyses to monitor trends
• Leading or assisting with contract negotiations, proposal development, and pricing strategies
• Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
• Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of key performance indicators and business development activities

Your Profile:

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
• Over 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic alliances
• In-depth expertise in semiconductor technologies and customer needs
• Proven track record in key account development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and across teams
• Fluency in German and English
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and similar tools
