To further expand its retail presence in Germany, we are currently looking for a motivated Vape Channel Business Ambassador / Field Sales Representative (m/w/d)
Regularly visit vape shops and specialist vaping retailers within the assigned territory
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing retail customers
Introduce new products and provide relevant product information to retail partners
Identify and develop potential new vape-shop customers
Support customer development and improve brand visibility at retail level
Understand customer needs, product performance and local market developments
Collect competitor information, pricing trends and market feedback
Independently plan customer visits, driving routes and weekly field-sales activities
Work closely with internal sales and market-development teams
High motivation, initiative and a strong hands-on mindset are essential
Previous experience in field sales, retail sales, account development or business development is preferred
Experience in the vaping / e-cigarette industry is a strong advantage
Experience working with vape shops, tobacco retailers or similar specialist retail channels is highly preferred
German and English at B2 level or above
Strong communication and customer relationship-management skills
Willing to travel frequently by car within the assigned region
Valid driving licence required
Own vehicle preferred, or willingness to arrange transportation during the initial employment period
