Your responsibilities include
- Responsibility for the further development of our manufacturing processes for leading optical products and photomasks.
- Responsibility for the management and implementation of multiple integrative projects and continuous improvement projects.
- Support of customer technical requirements and special products.
- Implementation of variance analyses.
- Support and consultation in the development of technical solutions and implementation of new processes.

Your profile
- As a successful candidate, you have a university degree in physics, chemistry, microelectronics, material science or a comparable field
- Professional experience in the semiconductor industry is an advantage.
- You possess experience in processing and analyzing technical data.
- You are experienced in handling integrative problems and in solving technically challenging tasks.
- You approach new challenges systematically and analytically.
- You possess good communication skills in English and German.
This is a limited position for the period of about 2 years.
