Als Werkstudent IT (m/w/d) im IT-Team bist du mittendrin: Du richtest neue Mitarbeiterrechner ein, deployst virtuelle Maschinen und betreust unsere Konferenzraum-Technik. Weil wir so viele verschiedene Systeme haben, lernst du die IT eines Technologieunternehmens in ihrer ganzen Breite kennen. Das ist ideal für alle, die Allrounder werden wollen.
Deine Aufgaben
Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Hardware
Notebook- und VM-Deployment
Aufbau, Einrichtung und Betreuung von Konferenzraum-Technik
Bearbeitung interner Nutzer- und Anwender-Anfragen im Team it-services
Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Abläufen und -Systemen
Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Dokumentationen
