System Engineer (People*) Network Operations Center

We are looking for you as a System Engineer (People*) to support the Network Operations Center (NOC) at our company headquarters in Dresden as soon as possible. Together with your colleagues Jeremias, Benjamin, Erika and the others, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our network services in the areas of LAN/ WAN, SDWAN, WLAN and Cloud. The focus of the position is on the technical application support of our customers.

• Operation and support of complex IT networks, including infrastructure monitoring, diagnosis, management and troubleshooting in 2nd and 3rd level support
• Installing and configuring passive and active network technology and troubleshooting reported faults
• Recognizing customer requirements and developing solutions as part of a team
• Documentation and participation in on-call services
• Proactive further development of services and continuous knowledge transfer

• Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration, IT specialist for digital networking or equivalent
• Several years of experience in dealing with complex network infrastructures
• Confident in the management and troubleshooting of networks, especially Cisco, Extreme Networks, Juniper and/or Siemens
• Experience in the use of ticket and documentation systems
• Fluency in German (C1 to C2)
• Good knowledge of English (at least B2)
