System Engineer (Human*) Network Operations Center

We are looking for you as a System Engineer (human*) to support our Network Operations Center (NOC). Together with Moein, Erika and your team, you are responsible for our customers' network infrastructure to ensure continuous availability and performance.

• Operation and support of complex IT networks in the areas of LAN/ WAN, SDWAN, WLAN and Cloud
• Monitoring the infrastructure, diagnosing, managing and rectifying faults at 2nd and 3rd level
• Installing and configuring passive and active network technology and troubleshooting reported faults
• Recognizing customer requirements and developing solutions as part of a team
• Documentation and participation in on-call services
• Proactive further development of services and continuous knowledge transfer

• Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration, IT specialist for digital networking or equivalent
• Several years of experience in dealing with complex network infrastructures
• Competence in management as well as troubleshooting in networks, especially Cisco, Extreme Networks, Juniper and/or Siemens
• Experience in the use of ticket and documentation systems
• Fluent German (C1 to C2) and good English skills (at least B2)

• First experience with the monitoring tools Paessler PRTG and CA Spectrum
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
