Bei uns bist du das Gesicht am Empfang, Planungstalent für Dienstreisen und Organisator unseres Büroalltages – eben ein echter Allrounder. Als Front Office Manager betreust du unseren kleinen Fuhrpark vor Ort und tauschst dich täglich dazu mit den anderen Standorten aus. Du kümmerst dich um die Ausstattung unserer Firmenwohnungen und versorgst die Teams mit Büromaterialien. Für Teamevents, Schulungen und Dienstreisen übernimmst du die Organisation.
Zusätzlich kannst du eigene Projekte und Herzblutaufgaben vorantreiben und in deinen Arbeitsalltag integrieren.
Das bringst du mit
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Büro- und Assistenzbereich
- Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Programmen
