Wir suchen genau Dich! Ab sofort als Fachkoordinator/in Elektrotechnik (w/m/d) – Dresden
Aufgaben:
- Fachkoordination und Überwachung elektrotechnischer Arbeiten
- Ressourcen effizient planen und nutzen
- Termingerechte Fertigstellung sicherstellen
- Prozessoptimierung einleiten
- Ansprechpartner/in für technische Fragestellungen im Team sowie für andere Abteilungen
- Lesen und verstehen technischer Pläne
- Verdrahtung und mechanischer Aufbau
- Serien- und Prototypenfertigung
- Montage von Prüfgeräten in Serien
- Konfektionierung von Kabeln und Lötarbeiten
- Fehlerdiagnose von Messtechnik
- Abnahme- und Funktionsprüfungen durchführen
Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in den Bereichen Mechatronik, Elektronik, Betriebselektrik, Kommunikationselektronik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem elektrotechnischen Umfeld
- Hohe fachliche Kompetenz in der elektrotechnischen Fertigung, Wartung und Inbetriebnahme sowie in der Optimierung technischer Prozesse
- Effiziente, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit starkem Fokus auf die Planung und Überwachung von Abläufen
- Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen verschiedenen Abteilungen und Teams zu fungieren
- Erfahrung in der Ressourcenplanung sowie in der Sicherstellung der termingerechten und qualitätsorientierten Projektdurchführung
- Englischkenntnisse zur mündlichen Kommunikation mit internationalen Kollegen
