Do you love challenges?

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Initiatives Lead to drive and coordinate strategic initiatives in the environment of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Business AI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, collaboration, and communication, ensuring the success of various delivery units.

■ You will drive and coordinate strategic initiatives in the environment of SAP BTP and Business AI.

■ You will be responsible for collaboration with several parties, including internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.

■ You will manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

■ You are accountable for communication and networking with different delivery units, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

■ Your tasks will also include to ensure the success of strategic initiatives by monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.

Convince us with your potential!

■ A successfully completed degree or comparable education - preferably in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship or digital transformation - forms the basis of your qualification.

■ You have profound experience in driving and coordinating strategic initiatives, preferably in the SAP BTP and Business AI environment.

■ In addition, you have strong project management skills with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.

■ Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders are a matter of course for you.

■ An analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems effectively characterize you.

■ A strong background in marketing, product management or sales would be beneficial.

■ Very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile.
