Und hier kommst du ins Spiel - Du bist ein erfahrener Business Development Manager oder kurz vor dem nächsten Schritt in diese Richtung. Du willst die Geschäftsentwicklung vorantreiben und damit unser Wachstum aktiv mitgestalten?
Dann komm in unser Sales Team! Gemeinsam schaffen wir die Voraussetzungen für eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden und identifizieren mit deiner Unterstützung neue Chancen im europäischen Markt.
Zu deinen Tätigkeitsschwerpunkten gehören:
- Der Aufbau und die Entwicklung nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen zu OEMs und Zulieferern im Automobilbereich.
- Die Betreuung von und der regelmäßige Austausch mit Bestandskunden (Key Account Management) – von der Sachbearbeiter- bis zur höheren Managementebene.
- Die Beratung der Kunden in Bezug auf unsere erklärungsbedürftigen Softwareprodukte – insbesondere zu Themen der Testautomatisierung und Continuous Integration – von der Problemanalyse bis zur Lösungskonzeption. Stets gemeinsam mit unseren Fachexperten und unserem Technical Sales Team.
- Die selbstständige Entwicklung und Umsetzung von proaktiven Strategien zur Kundengewinnung verbunden mit regelmäßiger Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung.
- Die Durchführung des Angebotsprozesses und der Vertragsverhandlungen.
- Präsentation unseres Produktportfolios bei Messen und Kundenmeetings.
Das bringst du mit
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Wirtschaft, International Management, Ingenieurswesen oder ähnlichem
- Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Softwarelösungen
- Eine kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit
- Eine kundenorientierte sowie eigenverantwortliche und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
- Die Erkenntnis, dass man im Team einfach mehr erreicht
