Dabei trägst du einen wichtigen Teil zur langfristigen Weiterentwicklung unserer Teams bei. Bei den folgenden Themen benötigen wir deine Unterstützung:
Prüfung von Weiterbildungsanfragen
Planung, Organisation und Nachbereitung von Weiterbildungsangeboten in Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Mitarbeitenden und Verantwortlichen
Proaktive Kommunikation und Terminorganisation mit Weiterbildungsanbietern und internen Schnittstellen
Mitwirkung in unterschiedlichen Themenbereichen des Personalteams im operativen Tagesgeschäft
Das bringst du mit
Studium im Bereich BWL, Weiterbildungsforschung, Kommunikations- bzw. Medienwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Bereich der Personalentwicklung
Organisierte, konzeptionelle sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen
Die Fähigkeit, dich zu begeistern und in dem, was du tust, voll aufzugehen
Die Erkenntnis, dass man im Team einfach mehr erreicht
