Since february 2009, communities of the Empfehlungsbund have been released. The participating partners build up sustainably strong regional and sector specific market places for experts and leaders as well as students and trainees. Our contiouing growth of numbers in members, visitors and applications with successful recommendations is explained in the following chart. One particular feature is the mutual recommendation of good experts and leades, one partner cannot hire at the moment due to several business or personal reasons. Many applicants are sent to the members of the communities of the Empfehlungsbund each month. The recommended applicants can choose from a good variety of offered jobs fitting well to their profiles. The following chart shows the trends of the number of applicants and the number of jobs for each quarter with the last three years. * marks the current quarter. The values of this quarter are estimated based on existing data.
The daily feedback from the portal users (applicants) provides us information regarding usability and attractivity of our community webseites and job portals. The following chart shows the satisfaction of the portal users who were searching or applying for jobs on a monthly basis. The range is from 1 - low satisfaction to 4 - high satisfaction.

Kanaleo enables critical analysis of the effectiveness of individual channels in a company's HR marketing mix. Thus, our members can answer critical questions about how an applicant has found the company or job vacancy, and also what role career fairs, job boards, or the referral federation play within the personal marketing mix.
The left-hand network diagram shows the feedback from the applicants that our members reach without theinvolvement of the Referendum through traditional channels such as job boards, fairs, etc. This is shown in the legend as "Ohne Empfehlungsbund". The value "Mit Empfehlungsbund" shows additionally the applicants, who applied for a community of the recommendation federation. These candidates have come to the company through various Recruitment Management-led human resources marketing channels.
The right-hand network diagram shows the Empfehlungsbund effect. This clarifies the increase in the effectiveness of various HR marketing channels, which can be realized through membership in the Referral Alliance.
